The Closing of the Bones is a traditional ceremony acknowledging the changes a woman undergoes in pregnancy and childbirth. Physically, it guides her bones back into place, helps her pelvic organs shift, encourages her uterus to return to pre-pregnancy size, and stimulates blood flow. Energetically, it's an invitation to come back into her body after birth inviting self-love, warmth, and tenderness.
